Polynesian Chicken
Equipment
- 1 9×13 Pan, greased
- 1 Small saucepan
Ingredients
Chicken
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt
- pepper
Glaze
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 t. corn starch
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
Toppings
- 1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped into 1/2" pieces
- 1 t. sesame seeds
Instructions
Chicken
- Dip chicken in flour and place in greased pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Sauce + Toppings
- Heat sauce ingredients on stove until the mixture comes to a boil. The sauce should thicken some.
- When chicken is cooked, drain any grease and pour sauce on top of each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle toppings over sauce.
- Place in oven again for 5 minutes.
