Ingredients

1 #1 can sauerkraut (Approx. 10 oz.)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. hot dogs (optional)
4 cups cooked potatoes, diced
buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix soup and mayonnaise in a small bowl and set aside.
Slightly rinse sauerkraut, drain, and put in a medium-sized bowl. Slice hot dogs and add to sauerkraut. Mix in one-half of the soup/mayo mixture and spoon contents of bowl into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Mix potatoes into the remaining soup/mayo mixture and spread over the hot dog layer. Stir slightly to combine.
Top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
